To cancel cards or release a block on a card outside of business hours, use one of the following 24 hour automated services:

  • Call 877-660-0266 to cancel a card or to release a card block*
  • To cancel a card or release a card block* online, use the secure website link: https://hotcard.usapsys.com/

Information that may be required to use the automated services:

  • Card Number
  • Cardholder Tax ID Number
  • FSB Checking Account Number
  • FSB ABA Routing Number (111901467)

Contact First State Bank Electronic Services during business hours to order a replacement card.

* Blocks may be placed on a card if suspicious activity is detected. Blocks should only be released if the transaction is verified as a legitimate charge.
