To cancel cards outside of business hours, use one of the following 24 hour automated services:

• Call 877-660-0266 toll free to cancel a card through the automated phone system.
• Cancel a card online through the secure website link: https://hotcard.usapsys.com/

The following information will be required to cancel a card through one of the automated systems:

1. By Card Number. The following information will be required:
   1. Lost/Stolen Card Number
   2. Cardholder Tax ID Number
2. By Checking Account Number. The following information will be required:
   1. FSB Checking Account Number
   2. FSB ABA Routing Number (111901467)
   3. Cardholder Tax ID Number
