Report a Lost or Stolen Card

Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Check Card or ATM Card immediately to:

Cards can be cancelled outside of business hours by taking the following steps:

• Call the Phone Teller system at 940-668-8888 or Denton Metro 940-243-8808 and select Option 7. The account number and Tax ID number will be required for a listing of the cards on the account.
• Customers with Internet Banking access may cancel lost/stolen cards by logging in and selecting OPTIONS - ATM/DEBIT CARD.

Cards cancelled through these methods cannot be reactivated. Card replacement requests must be made through the Electronic Services Department.
