ELECTRONIC SERVICES - Gainesville

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for electronic services department
  • Provide excellent customer service to external customers and bank personnel
  • Ability to work with technology and adapt easily to new products and services
  • Processing new and ongoing services for online banking and card services

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR - Gainesville

The Salesforce Administrator at First State Bank will oversee the administration, support, and training for the Salesforce database and all integrated applications on the platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure, create and manage administration processes
  • Develop reports, dashboards, workflows and monitor data quality and integrity
  • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the system to support additional business processes
  • Create training plans, materials, and documentation for database users

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum Salesforce administration experience with a strong understanding of core functionality and best practices
  • One or more Salesforce.com (SFDC) Certifications
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce technical, configuration, and user requirements
  • Highly proficient in creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, reporting, dashboards, assignment rules, and formula fields in web-based applications
  • Energetic, self-motivated candidate with high productivity, creative problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Banking experience a plus


SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST - Gainesville

First State Bank is seeking a marketing specialist for the development and implementation of our marketing program, which will include digital marketing objectives and strategies.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage development and marketing efforts relating to advertising in print, outdoor, TV, radio, and digital
  • Identify and target optimal prospects and customers
  • Create, monitor and analyze digital campaigns – online, mobile, social
  • Analyze current best practices in all marketing and media campaigns

 Requirements/Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, strategy/development, and project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and visual skills
  • Innovative and exhibits self-initiation
  • 5 years minimum Marketing experience, with relevant business experience in digital marketing
  • Proficient in key areas of digital marketing (SEO), social media, content marketing, PPC/Search Engine Marketing, and website strategy and analytics
  • Prior experience implementing marketing strategies in the banking industry preferred
