By authorizing contact methods and providing your contact information, you will enable First State Bank’s SpyLink service to provide a timely notification of potential fraud and/or information to confirm larger transactions. To take advantage of the SpyLink service, please provide your current contact information and check your preferred contact method(s) below.

• SEND A TEXT MESSAGE TO MY CELL PHONE IF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY IS DETECTED ON MY CARD. THE TEXT WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION TO RELEASE THE HOLD IF TRANSACTIONS ARE VERIFIED.*
• RAISE MY “PINLESS” OR “SIGNATURE” LIMIT TO $2500.00—OR TO MY CURRENT PURCHASE LIMIT IF LESS THAN $2500.00.
• SEND AN EMAIL MESSAGE IF SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY IS DETECTED ON MY CARD. THE EMAIL WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION TO RELEASE THE HOLD IF TRANSACTIONS ARE VERIFIED.
