Please make sure that you have your account number, Social Security number and email address on file with First State Bank available before you begin the process. The Bill Pay option requires an actual signed form and is not available through the automated enroll process.

If at any time I decide to discontinue service, I will provide written notification to my bank. My use of the Bill Payment Service signifies that I have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of the Bill Payment Service. Payments requiring a paper check are generally produced and mailed on the business day following submittal. Payments requiring an electronic transmittal are generally processed on or the following business day following submittal. Appropriate mail delivery and processing time should be allowed when making payments. My financial institution is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against me. I also understand that I am responsible for any loss or penalty that I may incur due to the lack of sufficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdraw of funds from my account. To maintain account security, the Bill Pay option is subject to being disabled after 90 days of inactivity.

First State Bank reserves the right to terminate the use of my Online Banking Service or Bill Payment Service at any time.

We may also access information about you from a consumer reporting agency, such as a copy of your credit report, before opening any account.
