What Happens if Your Card Is Lost, Stolen or Has Fraud?
Contact the bank immediately to report a lost, stolen or compromised card. You can call 940-665-1711 or 833-372-2265 (833-FSB-BANK) and you will be directed for assistance in cancelling your card. You will be prompted for information to verify your identity, which may include the following:
- Card Number
- Cardholder Tax ID Number
- FSB Checking Account Number
- FSB ABA Routing Number - 111901467
Activating a New Card
To activate a new or replacement card, call 800-631-3197 (International 206-682-2462). When you call, please have your debit card and your Social Security Number (personal cards) or the Federal Tax ID (business cards/not Sole Proprietor) available in order to verify your identity.
